Minneapolis Wedding Photographer // Grace & Spencer 2017

Grace & Spencer's day was full of adventure, detail, and surprises. It was a beautiful fall day to take a tour of the city in an old school trolly. This entry is a little longer than my usual postings because I really couldn't skimp on parts of the day. Grace & Spencer get ready at 300 Clifton in Loring Park and were married on the front steps of this gorgeous 1887 bed and breakfast. After the ceremony guests mingled on the grounds for a social hour while the bride, groom and wedding party took the trolly into Loring Park, then headed over to Northeast for a stop at Indeed Brewing, then stopped by Psycho Suzi's for one more before making a grand entrance at the Sinclair Depot. The reception space was full of eclectic decor that fit the day perfectly. The was one of the most lively dance floors I've been thrown into! The dancing began with a first dance from the bride a groom, dances with parents, and an anniversary dance. Grace expected her grandparents would be the last ones standing married the longest so she and Spencer joined them on the dance floor for a polka number. Finally, Spencer surprised Grace on a whim during the garter toss with a choreographed lip syncing of Justin Timberlake's "Pusher Love Girl" with his groomsmen and anyone else who wanted to show off their dancing skills. I think I was cry laughing as much as Grace was! It was the cherry on top of the whole day. I'm so honored that Grace & Spencer chose me to document their wedding, thanks for the adventure.
